Benjamin Paz is a coffee producer, roaster, and exporter with a decade of experience in Santa Barbara, Honduras. His farm, La Salsa, located in El Cedral, specializes in Gesha and SL-28 varieties. In the farm there are four people working permanently and 15-20 people during harvest.

They perform thorough forest conservation practices: cleaning and removing weeds manually, education for staff, avoiding contamination of water sources, and proper management of coffee processing wastewater and pulp.

There are three factors that differentiate the coffee from the La Salsa Farm:
1. The Microclimate, quality of land of El Cedral, very good altitude (1700 meters).
2. The Gesha variety with a different profile and high quality.
3. Skilled workmanship, as well as care in processing.




We roast on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and to ensure the best tasting coffees, orders received after Monday may not be processed or shipped until the following week.
